ASA Pilates（以下「当スタジオ」）は、本ウェブサイトおよびレッスン・オンラインサービスの提供にあたり、取得する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

取得する情報と利用目的
お問い合わせ、予約、レッスンまたはオンラインサービスのお申し込みに際し、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、予約したレッスン・日時、連絡内容、およびご本人が任意に入力した情報を取得することがあります。健康に関する情報は、安全なレッスンのためご本人が提供した場合に限り、必要な範囲で取り扱います。

- オンラインレッスン、会員登録、動画閲覧権限および決済に関する管理

Google カレンダー連携
現在の予約システム（Amelia）でGoogle カレンダー連携が有効な場合、予約・イベントをインストラクターに割り当てられたカレンダーと同期し、選択されたカレンダーの予定を空き時間確認に利用します。同期される情報や動作はAmeliaの設定に従います。
別システムのASA Bookingは、現在、テスト用予約レーン（テスト予約ページ）として運用しています。インストラクターがGoogleアカウントで連携を許可した場合、ASA Bookingはカレンダー一覧および予定の時間・状態等を確認し、予約の重複を防ぎます。また、ASA Booking自身が作成した予定の登録・変更・削除を行うことがあります。現在のテスト用予定には顧客情報を含めず、[TEST] と表示します。
Google APIの応答に既存予定のタイトル、説明、参加者等の情報が含まれる場合がありますが、ASA Bookingは空き時間確認に必要な情報を処理し、無関係な予定の説明や参加者情報を予約記録として保存しません。Googleデータを広告に使用したり、販売したりしません。
ASA Bookingの認可トークンは暗号化して保存し、OAuthクライアント情報と暗号鍵はWordPressの公開領域およびデータベースの外にあるサーバー領域で管理します。連携を停止する場合は、Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定からASA Bookingへのアクセスを取り消し、当スタジオにもご連絡ください。本人確認後、管理者がASA Bookingに保存されたトークンを削除します。Ameliaの接続はAmelia側の設定から解除できます。
第三者サービス・Cookie
予約、連絡、オンラインサービスの提供に必要な範囲で、ウェブサイトのホスティング、予約管理、メール配信、決済、ビデオ会議、ファイル保管、Google カレンダー等のサービス提供者が情報を処理することがあります。決済情報は各決済事業者がそのプライバシー通知に従って取り扱います。外部サイトの埋め込み・リンク先サービスには、その提供者の規約とプライバシー通知が適用されます。
本サイトでは、基本機能、セキュリティおよび利用者の選択を保つためCookie等を使用する場合があります。埋め込みサービス等が独自にCookie等を使用する場合があります。アクセス時にブラウザー・端末に関する情報やサーバー記録が処理されることがあります。
保存期間・安全管理
情報は、利用目的、予約・会計に関する法令上の義務、お問い合わせや紛争への対応に必要な期間に限って保存します。不要となった情報は削除または個人を識別できない形にします。情報の性質に応じ、アクセス制限、通信の暗号化、認証情報の保護などの安全管理措置を講じます。
ご本人からの請求
ご本人は、法令に従い、当スタジオが保有する個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、利用停止等を求めることができます。本人確認のうえ、上記お問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの改定
法令またはサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定し、本ページに掲載します。

利用規約 / Terms of Use
本規約は、ASA Pilatesのウェブサイトおよび本サイトを通じて案内するレッスン・オンラインサービスに適用されます。予約時・申込時に各サービスページに表示される条件もご確認ください。
レッスン・予約
レッスンの内容、日時、料金、場所、参加条件は各サービスページまたは予約画面に表示します。予約の成立・変更は、利用する予約システムおよび予約時に表示される案内に従います。予約内容に誤りがある場合は、速やかに当スタジオへご連絡ください。
キャンセル・変更
スタジオレッスンのキャンセルは、現在の案内に従い、原則としてレッスン前日の18時までに info@asapilates.com へご連絡ください。オンラインレッスンの会員退会は、現在の案内に従い、退会希望日の5日前までに online@asapilates.com へご連絡ください。予約画面・申込画面に個別の条件が表示される場合は、その条件が適用されます。
料金・支払い
料金および支払い方法は各サービスページまたは申込画面に表示します。スタジオレッスンは現在の案内に従ってスタジオで現金またはカードでお支払いいただきます。オンラインサービスの支払い・継続課金は、申込画面に表示される決済事業者を通じて行われます。
健康・安全
ピラティスは身体を動かす運動です。体調に不安がある場合、無理をせず必要に応じて医師等にご相談ください。妊娠中のスタジオプライベートレッスンは、現在の案内に従い、主治医から運動の許可があり健康状態に問題がない方を対象とします。安全なレッスンのため、必要な範囲でインストラクターにお知らせください。
サービスの変更・外部サービス
インストラクターの体調不良、設備・通信障害、災害その他やむを得ない事情がある場合、レッスン日時または提供方法を変更・中止することがあります。決済、予約、Google カレンダー、Google Drive、Zoom等の外部サービスには、各提供者の規約が適用されます。
ウェブサイトの利用・規約の改定
利用者は法令に従って本サイトを利用し、運営妨害、不正アクセス、他者または当スタジオの権利を侵害する行為を行わないものとします。本サイト上の文章・画像等は、権利者の許可なく複製・再配布・商用利用しないでください。本規約は法令またはサービス内容の変更に応じて改定し、本ページに掲載します。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Information and purposes
Depending on the service, we may handle your name, email address, telephone number, lesson and booking details, messages, and information you choose to provide. We handle health information only when you provide it for lesson safety and only as needed. We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and provide lessons, administer online services and payments, support safe lessons, operate and protect the website, and meet legal obligations.
Google Calendar
When Google Calendar integration is enabled in our current booking system (Amelia), bookings or events may be synchronized with instructor calendars and selected calendars may be checked for unavailable times. The information synchronized and related behavior depend on Amelia’s settings.
ASA Booking is a separate system currently used for a test booking lane at the test booking page. If an instructor authorizes Google access, ASA Booking uses calendar-list information and event times or status to prevent booking conflicts. It may create, update, or delete events created by ASA Booking. Current test events contain no customer information and are labeled [TEST].
Google API responses may include details such as titles, descriptions, or attendees of existing events. ASA Booking processes information needed for availability checks and does not save unrelated event descriptions or attendee information as booking records. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising.
ASA Booking authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. OAuth client information and the encryption key are stored on the server outside the WordPress web directory and database. To stop access, revoke ASA Booking in your Google Account security settings and contact us. After verifying the request, an administrator will remove the stored ASA Booking token. Amelia connections can be disconnected in Amelia’s settings.
Service providers, cookies, and security
Website hosting, booking management, email, payment, video-conferencing, file-storage, and calendar providers may process information as needed to provide our services. Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy notices. Embedded content and linked services are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy notices. We may use cookies for essential website functions, security, and user preferences; embedded services may use their own cookies. Browser or device information and server records may also be processed for site operation and security.
We retain information only as long as needed for its purpose, booking or accounting requirements, and handling inquiries or disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Safeguards appropriate to the information include access controls, encrypted communications, and protection of authentication information.
Your requests and changes
You may contact us to request notice of purpose, disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information, as provided by applicable law. We may verify your identity before responding. We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law or services; the current version will be posted on this page.
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the ASA Pilates website, lessons, and online services offered through it. Please also review the conditions shown on the relevant service and booking pages.
Lessons and bookings
Lesson details, dates, prices, locations, and eligibility are shown on the relevant service or booking page. Booking confirmation and changes follow the booking system and instructions shown when you book. Contact us promptly if your booking details are incorrect.
Cancellations and payment
Under the current studio-lesson instructions, please cancel by emailing info@asapilates.com by 6:00 p.m. on the day before the lesson. Under the current online-membership instructions, please request cancellation by emailing online@asapilates.com at least five days before the requested cancellation date. Specific conditions shown on a service or booking page apply to that service. Prices and payment methods appear on the relevant page. Studio lessons are currently paid for at the studio by cash or card; online payments and recurring charges are handled by the provider shown at checkout.
Health, safety, and service changes
Pilates involves physical exercise. Do not exercise beyond your ability, and consult a medical professional when appropriate. Under current instructions, a pregnant person may attend a studio private lesson only with medical clearance for exercise and when their health permits. We may change or cancel a lesson because of instructor illness, equipment or communication failure, disaster, or another unavoidable circumstance, and will notify affected customers where reasonably possible.
Website use and third-party services
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others. Do not reproduce or commercially use site material without permission from the rights holder. External services such as payment, booking, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Zoom are governed by their providers’ terms.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in law or services; revisions will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
